Connect Fitbit to Todoist to unlock powerful experiences Do more with Fitbit by connecting it to Todoist, and hundreds of other apps and devices, with IFTTT. Fitbit missed daily target so try again tomorrow.
- Final Fitbit Versa Update: everyone! Today I just wanted to share how I tested out using the Fitbit to keep track of my to do.
- Fitbit: Put endpoints behind /api like the other oauth-using components (@happyleavesaoc - #9460) (sensor.fitbit docs) (breaking change) Version 0.53 introduced a bug in the HomeMatic component which breaks the usage of system variables on the CCU / Homegear. This has not been fixed yet.
- Hello, I have a fitbit flex and I want to try Fitbit Alta for the sake of notifications. I understand Alta only accept calendar notifications Samsung/Google Calendar on android. Everything I have is on the application 'Todoist' and I want to connect todoist to Fitbit Alta, so I can get Todoist.
- The best way to explain the concept of Todoist Karma is to compare it with a step counter. In the same way that my Fitbit counts my steps, the Karma function in Todoist will count my completed tasks and other activities. Just like with my Fitbit, I can set daily targets and get weekly reports. The definition of karma.
We’re approaching the end of September and that means that it was our birthday! We are now officially 4 years old and are getting more amazing with every release. This release too will include some great new stuff and tons of bugfixes. Included is a bug fix by @fanthos that should fix the frontend in some browsers. If you had issues with your browser before, make sure to check out this release.
This release we’ve started the work to make our Xiaomi integrations more robust. This meant that we’ve had to rename the components to make it more clear which of the Xiaomi protocols are being used. We have some developers working on making this very affordable home automation solution a first class citizen in the Home Assistant ecosystem, stay tuned for more integrations!
Another cool thing in this release is the new mqtt_statestream
component to export state changes to MQTT. Each entity will be exported on their own topic which makes it very easy to subscribe to individual entity updates.

Todoist Integration
Todoist is one of the leading to-do apps and we’ve added the integration to DAKboard! You can now choose to have your to-do lists from Todoist display on DAKboard by selecting it as the list source in the To-Do section of the DAKboard options.
In other to-do news, Microsoft has acquired Wunderlist and has announced plans to shut it down, stating:
Once we are confident that we have incorporated the best of Wunderlist into To-Do, we will retire Wunderlist.
If Microsoft allows API or external access to the data in their new to-do app we’ll do our best to integrate it with DAKboard.
